Will Saudi Arabia pay increases be back in 2010?
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 13 May 2010 - Employees can finally look forward to pay increases this year as salary growth is yet to return to the rate seen prior to the global financial crisis.
People Excellence GCC, Compensation & Benefits, pointed out that while the Saudi economic conditions are improving in 2010 with a GDP forecast of 4% and major infrastructure projects, employees should not expect organizations to play ‘catch-up’ with salary increments.
